General information
Arrival
Your apartment is usually ready from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please call us in advance.
Departure
We kindly request that you vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Parking
Free parking spaces are available at the front of the building for the duration of your stay.
Dogs
You are very welcome to bring pets along on your holiday. In this case, we charge a surcharge of €10 per pet per night.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once at least 25% of the quoted amount has been paid.
Payment methods
We accept cash or bank transfer.
Non-smoking
The entire premises—including all rooms, balconies, and the garden — are non-smoking.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply:
- up to 1 month before the scheduled arrival date: free cancellation
- up to 3 weeks before the arrival date: 25% of the total agreed price charged
- up to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total agreed price charged
- up to 1 week before the arrival date: 75% of the total agreed price charged.
Authorities
If our business is closed by local authorities due to lockdowns, borders are closed, or a travel warning is issued for our federal state of Carinthia, preventing you from visiting, we will cancel your booking free of charge. In all other situations, our general cancellation policy applies.
