If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please call us in advance.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Departure<\/h3>\n<div>We kindly request that you vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Parking<\/h3>\n<div>Free parking spaces are available at the front of the building for the duration of your stay.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Dogs<\/h3>\n<div>You are very welcome to bring pets along on your holiday. In this case, we charge a surcharge of \u20ac10 per pet per night.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Reservations<\/h3>\n<div>A reservation is confirmed once at least 25% of the quoted amount has been paid.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Payment methods<\/h3>\n<div>We accept cash or bank transfer.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Non-smoking<\/h3>\n<div>The entire premises\u2014including all rooms, balconies, and the garden \u2014 are non-smoking.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Cancellation policy<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>The following cancellation terms apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>up to 1 month before the scheduled arrival date: free cancellation<\/li>\n<li>up to 3 weeks before the arrival date: 25% of the total agreed price charged<\/li>\n<li>up to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total agreed price charged<\/li>\n<li>up to 1 week before the arrival date: 75% of the total agreed price charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Authorities<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>If our business is closed by local authorities due to lockdowns, borders are closed, or a travel warning is issued for our federal state of Carinthia, preventing you from visiting, we will cancel your booking free of charge.
